Schedule

OCTOBER 19TH, ARRIVAL DAY

Meeting and preparation for a shooting day, discussing schedule.

We will shoot preferably in early morning or late evenings to avoid large tourists groups. The schedule is flexible.

OCTOBER 20TH, DAY 1

DAY 1 — Eltz Castle Fairytale Shoot

We begin our retreat at the breathtaking Eltz Castle.

8-11 am: The day starts with a cinematic fairytale-inspired shoot featuring flowing dresses, soft storytelling tones, and magical castle scenery.

During the session:

I will explain my shooting process
We will discuss storytelling and composition
Each participant will receive one-on-one time with the model
Multiple dresses and styles will be used

1 pm: Lunch break

6 pm: Evening trip to Cochem for sightseeing, creative inspiration, and group connection.

OCTOBER 21ST, DAY 2

DAY 2 — Paffendorf Castle Fine Art Session

10 am: Our second day takes us to Paffendorf Castle.

This photoshoot will feature:

artistic editorial styling
two carefully curated dresses
cinematic compositions
elegant storytelling atmosphere

Participants will again receive individual shooting time and creative guidance throughout the session.

Afternoon FREE time.

OCTOBER 22ND, DAY 3

DAY 3 — Owls & Birds Fine Art Shoot

One of the most unique experiences of the retreat.

This artistic session includes:

professional models in a 2 different wardrobe styles
owls and exotic birds
dramatic styling concepts
storytelling-focused compositions

Each participant will have dedicated individual shooting time during the session.

You need to take care of yourself, flight, visa, food (if needed)

1. With accommodation for all 3 days (without transfer): 2,490 €

2. Participation during one shooting day only: 700 €

RESERVATIONS

To guarantee your spot we ask for reservation and payment. Reservation payment is 700 eur. But till August any amount works to fix your participation price. You can pay by bank transfer, PayPal or Pay send. You can pay your participation in parts.

The reservation payment is NOT refundable, but you can sell it to another person in case you can’t come. If due to some political restrictions or else like Covid- 19 we can not travel, we’ ll postpone the event to another year.

We are a big family...

…so if you become part of our team, you should know that while we work together we have some rules we all follow up. So we will kindly ask you to follow them too.

Give credits to each other.
We provide credits for you after the tour.
You саn copy – paste them while posting your result online.

IMPORTANT

These 3 days are intense so make sure to always bring water and food with you. In the morning we won’t have time to have breakfast because we are going very early to the location.

After the photoshoot we will have time to have a pause for lunch which is around 20 eur per person. as well as the dinner. If you are coming by your car, we will provide you a pin to the location shared in our whats app group.

let us know how you are coming, to prepare the most pleasant stay for you. Some of the things we will solve as we go, based on time and situation we have.

Bring as many memory cards and batteries you have, you never know how many photos you will make especially because each location is so special. Bring a laptop with you If needed. Don’t forget the phone charger. Most of the time we will be out for most of the day.
